A beachside home in Toowoon Bay, rebuilt from the street to the sand.

Out the front, a red brick facade and bare yard became rendered walls, a custom timber entry, sandstone and coastal planting. On the ocean side, the slope below the house was rebuilt in sandstone with new decks and stairs under the Norfolk pines, lit for the evenings.

The before and after photos are Warren's own, taken through the build.
