How a landscape job runs
Three steps, with the design fee known before any drawing starts.
- Site meetingWarren comes out and walks the block with you to see the slope, the sun and the soil. If you go ahead with a design, the meeting fee comes off it.
- Fee proposal and planWarren sends a design fee proposal, then draws a plan for your block and the way you want to use it.
- Build, managedBirdwood builds it, with Warren running every trade, or you take the plan and build in stages.
