Palms, ferns and layered shade planting now fill the ground under the house, with timber steps and a deck stair through it. The build ran for months in wet weather, and the photos show it going in.

Months of wet and muddy construction at Avoca
Warren and his team transformed our overgrown jungle into a beautiful rainforest garden. Everyone involved worked very hard in difficult conditions - rain, mud and more rain. But they got there and two years later, the garden is flourishing. We are very happy. Janet and Margaret, Avoca Beach
